Abnormal Condition:
Combustion inside the drum

Possible Cause:
Overheating caused by failure to shut down the machine

Corrective Action:

1. Remove loose debris first
   Wipe away dust and solid residues so the enzymatic cleaner can work effectively without interference.
2. Apply the enzymatic cleaner
   Spray or apply the cleaner directly onto the soiled area.
   Enzymes are especially effective on grease, proteins, and food residues.
3. Allow sufficient dwell time (very important)
   Let the cleaner sit for several hours, or longer for heavy or stubborn stains.
   Enzymes need time to break down organic matter—do not wipe too quickly.
4. Scrub or wipe the surface
   Use a brush, sponge, or cloth to remove the loosened and decomposed dirt.
5. Rinse with clean water and wipe dry

Symptom:
Abnormal noise from the drum.

1. A sound of coffee beans colliding

2. Continuous abnormal noise from the shaft (may be accompanied by beans dropping), or a rubbing sound between the drum and the machine body

Possible Causes:

1. There are leftover beans inside the drum

2. The timing pulley is not properly tightened, or there is an issue with the rear bearing / shaft support

   This may require shaft realignment, chain tension adjustment, or correcting the shaft angle

Solution:

1. Manually discharge the beans

2. Record a video or audio and send it to customer service for evaluation

Symptom:
The drum motor does not rotate.

Possible Cause:
The motor is damaged or the DC board is faulty.

Solution:
Please contact service for repair.

Symptom:
No abnormal noise occurs during normal startup and operation, but abnormal (resonant) noise appears after heating begins (during either temperature increase or decrease).

Possible Cause:
The fan wheel may be loose.

Solution:
Record a video or audio and send it to customer service for evaluation.
If it is confirmed that the fan wheel is loose, you may tighten it yourself.

Symptom:
Coffee beans are blown around or scattered.

Possible Cause:
The duct fan is installed in the wrong direction.

Solution:
Reinstall the duct fan correctly.

Symptom:
The control panel is cracked
