Synchronization Error

Bean Discharge Door (Photo Sensor) Error

Symptom:
The bean discharge door cannot release the beans automatically.

Possible Cause:
The fixing screws on the slide rail are loose.

Solution:
Please contact service for repair.

High Temperature Warning

Symptom:
A warning buzzer sound is activated.

Possible Cause:
Over-temperature warning is triggered (bean temperature at 235 °C).
An audible warning will sound 10 °C before the over-temperature protection is activated.

Solution:
This is a warning only. No action is required.

Roasting Over-Temperature Erro

Symptom:
The machine automatically forces bean discharge.

Possible Causes:

1. After preheating is completed, green beans were not loaded in time. The machine entered roasting mode, the temperature continued to rise, and the forced discharge safety mechanism was triggered.

2. The app connection was interrupted (e.g. answering a phone call or switching out of the app). The machine did not continue roasting according to the profile, causing the temperature to rise excessively and triggering the forced discharge safety mechanism.

Solution:
After the forced discharge safety mechanism is triggered, first check whether the roasted beans show any signs of burning.
If there is no burning, you may turn on the cooling fan module.
If burning is observed, extinguish the fire as appropriate.

Solution:
Restart the machine and reopen the app first.

Symptom:
When the error occurs, the LED indicator does not light up.

Possible Cause:
A short circuit has occurred in the LED light.

Solution:
Please contact service for repair.

Bluetooth Connection Error

Symptom:
Connection drops unexpectedly, cannot reconnect, or disconnects during pairing.
This may be related to an issue with the UI board.

Possible Causes:

• Bluetooth is not enabled

• Another device is already connected and occupying the channel

• On Android devices, GPS is not enabled

Solution:
It is recommended to use a dedicated smartphone or tablet for connection.

Symptom:
Abnormal noise from the bean discharge support.

Possible Cause:
The slide rail is not lubricated, or the lubricant has dried out.

Solution:
Apply lubricant to the slide rail.
