What types of connectivity does the device support?
The device connects via Bluetooth and does not require an internet connection.
Is it possible to connect to ARTISAN?
Currently, this feature is under development. The product primarily operates using our proprietary app.
Will my device's operating system support the app?
Our app is compatible with both Android and iOS operating systems.
How stable is the app? Will it frequently disconnect?
Our app has undergone extensive testing and is highly stable. However, for security reasons, if the phone or tablet switches to another app or the device shuts down due to low battery (i.e., the app is not active in the foreground), the connection to the machine will be lost. Control will then shift from the device back to the roaster's main controller.

Why do I need to register the machine's serial number in the app?
If you own multiple roasters, registering the serial numbers allows for better control and management of each unit within the app.
Can I share roasting profiles with others?
Yes, you can share data and profiles via messaging APPs or other communication platforms.
